Itinerary
DAY 1 : January 10, Friday
ARRIVAL AT Mathura AND TRANSFER TO Bhartpur
Arrive at Mathura Junction and head to the resort at Bharatpur.
On reaching Bharatpur, you can freshen up and rest. Post lunch. Post lunch, take a short walk to the Keoladeo National Park and undertake your first safari.
We will take you through 29 square kilometres of the amazing park on cycle rickshaws and on foot to explore more than 230 species of birds.
Take time to soak in the glory of the park in the golden light of dusk. The landscape alone is magnificent and to add to that the activities of the avifauna can be breathtaking.
Spend the evening at leisure, learn more about the birds and birding and photography from our expert.Retire for the night post a sumptuous dinner.
DAY 2 : January 11, Saturday
Morning Trip to the Park & Taj on Full Moon Night
Start your day with an early morning trip to the park. Find the birds in action against the mist and the rising sun.
Breakfast will be provided in the park so that we can cover more and continuous ground.
Head to the resort for lunch and get ready for half a day tour of Taj. We will visit the magnificent Taj and enjoy the beautiful shades in the evening light.
Then comes the most breathtaking part of the journey. Post dinner ww will witness the spectacle of Taj bathed in the moonlight on the full moon night and be lost in the magical moment.
Post the 30 min sighting we will head back to the resort and retire for the night with a preparation of early morning birding expedition again.
DAY 3 : January 12, Sunday
Morning Birding Session at Park and Return to Mathura
Today will be similar to Day 2. Post the morning birding session, return to resort for lunch.
Pack and leave for Mathura with the wonderful memories of the amazing trip.
