Our Team
Shyama Pal (Ph.D.) is a wildlife & travel enthusiast. She prides herself discovering amazing experiences and offbeat places. After having traveled extensively, she decided to help people meet their travel goals by founding Wild Wild Wanderer.
While meeting needs of the travellers and delivering great experiences, Wild Wild Wander focuses on responsible tourism and educating people about nature, thus planting the seeds of conservation in minds.
Varun Satose – Wildlife Expert is highly passionate about studying behaviour and habitat of reptiles and amphibians of Indian sub-continent. This deep passion has led him to pursue his PhD in zoology on Malabar pit viper. Varun is studying the effects of the bio active proteins, found in the venom of the snake, on cancer.
His commitment to understanding wildlife has resulted in extensive travel to the deepest and exclusive forests of the Western Ghats and North-east India. With a butterfly and frog associated with his name, Varun is also one of the leading birders in India (in top 25) with a bird count exceeding 750.
To add to his humility and our good luck he enjoys sharing his knowledge of wildlife and ecology with people and spread awareness about conservation of flora and fauna.
